Aaron is an accomplished financial professional with over 25 years experience in the realms of finance and accounting. He received an MBA in Professional Accounting from Rutgers Business School and his resume includes playing pivotal roles at Merrill Lynch, Deloitte, and Intuit. In these positions he became proficient in providing accounting services ranging from audit, bookkeeping, financial planning & analysis, and tax strategy implementation, to the preparation of tax returns for small-mid size businesses, and individuals.  Aaron has a reputation for being client-focused and is dedicated to helping them succeed.  

Clarisse Jackson

Clarisse is an energetic business woman with many years of experience in bookkeeping and tax. She started her career with the Internal Revenue Service, went on to provide clean-up, monthly bookkeeping, and tax preparation services at a small family run accounting firm, and also spent time as a QuickBooks Live Expert where she specialized in teaching business owners how to set up and use QuickBooks software in virtual one-on-one sessions. She is patient, informative, and enthusiastic about working with business owner and getting their books up to date quickly.

Rajesh Gulati

Rajesh has been providing outstanding tax planning and preparation services to clients for almost 30 years. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Enrolled Agent (EA) and has represented hundreds of taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. He is licensed to serve clients both internationally and in all 50 of the United States. Rajesh specializes in providing individuals and businesses with a full range of income tax strategies including, incorporation, planning, budgeting as well as other techniques designed to minimize tax liabilities.
